    Contract, deposit and customs

    Once you approve the car, we sign a contract under Bulgarian law and you place a deposit that secures the purchase. We then prepare the customs declaration, register your EORI, verify the title, and calculate VAT in advance, with an itemized cost breakdown.

    Logistics and delivery

    Enclosed or open transport to Sofia, tracked at every checkpoint. We arrange temporary registration if you need to move the car before the final plates are issued.

  4. 04 / Handover

    Registration and handover

    We complete the registration with KAT, then hand over the keys. Final plates, clean paperwork, ready to drive.

EU-sourced vehicles carry no import customs duty. VAT treatment depends on the vehicle and the seller, and your quote reflects the exact figures. Non-EU vehicles are subject to a 10% duty in addition to VAT.

Deposit and contract

Once you approve the car and the quote, we sign a contract and you place a deposit. The deposit secures the search and the purchase, and it counts toward the final price, it is not an extra cost. The contract is drawn up under Bulgarian law and sets out exactly what we source, the agreed budget and the timeline, with protections for both sides. The balance is paid in clear stages, and nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

Yes. We send a shortlist with full history and photographs. You select, and we can negotiate price and condition with the dealer on your behalf.

No customs duty applies to vehicles sourced within the EU. You pay VAT where applicable and the standard registration costs. Non-EU vehicles are subject to a 10% duty plus VAT.

After you approve a car, a deposit secures it against a signed contract, then the balance follows in clear stages. You always know the full figure in advance, and nothing proceeds without your approval.
